IF you have installed Thirsk as a mod, you can use a following parameter to start arma 2 with the Thirsk mod: -mod=(mod folder) E.q. -mod=@Thirsk
So the whole target line could look like this: C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\arma2.exe -mod=@Thirsk
